The goal of this project was to renovate and recreate this iconic building into a state-of the art hotel and conference center. Due to the age and complexity of this National Historic Landmark; the mechanical installation in existing 1800s’ construction posed numerous structural and coordination challenges.

We were selected to oversee the potential relocation, and ultimately the in-place demolition and reconstruction of the Buffalo City Missions current men’s shelter.

We were engaged to provide Owner’s Representation services including competitive bidding of all necessary trades including architecture, engineering, and construction management.

We were hired as the Owner’s Representative for Kids Escaping Drugs (KEDs) Administrative Office Expansion, development of the Palmerton Place Facility, and expansion of the on-campus Educational facilities.

We were selected to serve as designated Developer and Owner’s Representative for IBM’s new innovation center in Buffalo, NY.

As the Owner’s Representative, we worked hand in- hand with Catholic Charities and the design and construction teams to bring this project to fruition.

Our professionals stepped in as UB|MD’s eyes and ears on the project, assisting with resolution of construction bidding issues, minimizing change orders, and bringing in a successful project that UB|MD is proud to call home.
