PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We were hired as the Owner’s Representative for Kids Escaping Drugs (KEDs) Administrative Office Expansion, development of the Palmerton Place Facility, and expansion of the on-campus Educational facilities.

Kids Escaping Drugs is the first organization across New York to offer both detox and community reintegration services onsite for youth. We have worked on 3 complex projects on the Renaissance Campus, including the ground-up development of Palmerton Place, a 15 bed halfway house facility, expansion of their administrative building, and expansion of an education facility.

We have been a longstanding friend and committed consulting partner to KEDs since 2011. Palmerton Place was opened to the public in October of 2018.

RESULTS

Our team facilitated the design, mechanicals, electrical, plumbing, and construction of Palmerton Place. This project required a sensitive approach towards the clientele Kids Escaping Drugs serves in the Buffalo community, and we delivered final site plans on time for the more than 17,000 people per year, including 203 residential clients and thousands of families at community education programs that benefit from the work of KEDs.

Our unique process allows our clients to focus on their day to day business, while we focus on delivering their projects.
