Danielle assisted me in my role as Chief Operating Officer of UB|MD Physicians Group to not only combine the operations of 18 different practice groups, but to likewise consolidate these groups from 18 separate offices into one 48,000 SF facility. Cost and schedule were paramount to our doctors and when the initial project cost was unattainable for our group, Danielle worked collaboratively with the construction team and our landlord to renegotiate and rebid the project so that it fit within our budget. I am confident that without Danielle as our Owner’s Representative, UB|MD’s presence in the Conventus Building would not be a reality today.
