Danielle assisted Child & Family Services of Erie County with a DASNY application seeking Infrastructure Capital to improve our building at 330 Delaware. Danielle and Nicole engaged in a robust process to competitively bid all vendors, oversee design, budget adherence, and create and manage a phasing schedule that allowed our services to continue safely throughout construction Danielle and Nicole even oversaw all necessary Minority and Women Owned Business engagement compliance on our agency’s behalf. Not only did our employees and clients value the upgrades facilitated and throughout the project, but our senior management team was able to focus on agency priorities knowing that the project was safe in Danielle and Nicole’s hands!
