PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We were selected by the Richardson Center Corporation to be the owner’s representative and construction management project team, respectively. The 48 acres within the city of Buffalo’s museum district and cultural corridor sits the Richardson Olmsted Complex.
The goal of this project was to renovate and recreate this iconic building into a state-of the art hotel, restaurant, and conference center. Due to the age and complexity of this National Historic Landmark, the 1800’s mechanical installation posed numerous structural and coordination challenges. The new hotel and conference center features 88 guest rooms and suites, destination amenities, integrated technology, conference center, Buffalo Architectural Center, (the former) 100 Acres: The Kitchens at Hotel Henry, ballroom, and park landscape design.
RESULTS
